  1. Promoter
    1. The promoter of this competition is Autopool Pty Ltd t/as Gilbert & Roach Huntingwood, 8 Huntingwood Drive, Huntingwood NSW 2148.
  2. Competition Overview/Eligibility
    1. To be eligible to enter the competition:
      1. You must be a permanent resident of New South Wales and be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of submitting and entry.
      2. Neither you nor anyone in your immediate family may be an employee of Gilbert & Roach Huntingwood.
      3. The registered owner of the vehicle.
      4. Vehicles eligible for the offer include N Series Isuzu identified by https://www.isuzu.com.au/our-range/series/n-series/
    2. To be eligible to enter the competition customers must:
      1. Complete their vehicle logbook service at Gilbert & Roach Huntingwood on their eligible vehicle between 1st July 2024 and 30th July 2024. A logbook service is when your vehicle is serviced following the manufacturer's specifications.
      2. Have paid for the logbook service in full.
      3. Agree to the sharing of their images on social media if they are selected as the winner.
    3. Valid for one entry per valid logbook service, per customer.
    4. The offer excludes all fleet leasing companies, leasing/hire vehicle companies and all government-owned and operated vehicles.
    5. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
  3. Winner Selection
    1. This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The competition prize will be drawn 12th August 2024 and winner will be notified by phone by 16th August 2024. If any person first chosen as a winner is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected as a replacement winner.
  4. Prize
    1. There will be one winner selected to win one prize. The prize will consist of $2,000 in Fuel Cards to be provided to the eligible winner within 30 days of being notified of winning the competition. The fuel cards will be sent to the winner via registered post. The prize can not be redeemed for cash.
  5. Privacy
    1. All entries remain the property of Gilbert & Roach Huntingwood. All personal information collected will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy https://www.gilbertandroachsydney.com.au/privacypolicy.  Entrants have the right to access their personal information in pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, and can do so by contacting customercare@suttons.com.au or via one of the methods set out in Privacy Policy.
  6. Gilbert & Roach Huntingwood reserves the right to change, supersede or extend this promotion at any time. Dealership decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
